I had a good plan for basement completion. I got a good offer from Broland and I accepted the offer. During the process Mehdi and Amir gave me multiple options about the selection of materials and job details to choose from and they explained about the pros and cons of each option. They gave me a brilliant idea of removing two useless wall boxes and adjusted the pipes accordingly, while following the Ontario building codes. I thank Mehdi, Amir and their crew for this work.

Broland Construction Inc. exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Their team was professional, reliable, and highly skilled throughout the entire project. Communication was always clear, timelines were respected, and the quality of workmanship really stood out. They paid attention to every detail and made sure everything was completed to a very high standard. It’s rare to find a construction company that combines professionalism, honesty, and craftsmanship so well. I would absolutely recommend Borland Construction Inc. to anyone looking for dependable and high-quality construction services.

Last winter, the roof of my home in Richmond Hill collapsed, and it was one of the most stressful experiences of my life. Broland Construction Company took over the project from day one and stayed fully committed until everything was perfectly completed, even working through brutal -26°C weather to restore and transform my home. Their performance, quality of work, and respect for timelines were truly outstanding. The team was punctual, organized, and extremely hardworking, always keeping the site clean and safe and updating me regularly on the progress. The cost was very fair for the size and complexity of the project, and the value I received in terms of durability, design, and peace of mind was excellent. The management by Mr. Mehdi Jafari and his brother was exceptional. They handled permits, coordination, and problem‑solving smoothly, and treated my property and my family with great respect throughout the process. Their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail made a very difficult situation feel manageable and under control. Even one full year after completion, the results speak for themselves. The new roof and the rest of the renovation have gone through heavy rain and harsh winter conditions without a single issue, and the finished work still looks beautiful and solid. This long‑term reliability is the best proof of their quality and craftsmanship. On top of being top‑tier construction and renovation managers and founders of Broland Construction, Mr. Mehdi Jafari is also an excellent real estate agent, which is a huge advantage. With them, you get both high‑end construction expertise and professional real estate guidance for renovation, renting, or buying/selling your property in Richmond Hill. I strongly and wholeheartedly recommend Broland Construction for any construction, renovation, or real estate project.
